If there's anyone who have recorded your journey and play it reverse. What have you planned and how have it become? 14.02.2014. Have you ever been dateless on the Love Day? New dawn, new places, new names, and new thoughts prove that there are so much companies out there. I'd rather be dateless than having a hopeless lover as a date. Young Folks and Uncle GeorgeA map, 2 Bikes, and George Town. Let's have no plans plan! My crime partner, Lum Ka Wai and I arrived at 4am in the morning, excitement kept us awake the whole night. We circled around town looking for 24 hours restaurants or cafes just because the guest house hasn't opened yet at that time. As we circled around and sat by the pavements, I guess everybody's right, this city has its own charms. One hour after that we found an Indian food stall that opens 24 hours, we were just a happy kid to relax for a bit, before a call from my friends Theo and Stephanie. They decided to come to Penang last minute! Ha! Told ya, no one is gonna be dateless on this day :) Four in a pack, we went for dim sum because nothing beats 4 Chinese in pack's agreement on having dim sum as breakfast, before a whole day cycling around George town. Kek Lok Si TempleBeside Valentine's day, Chap Go meh or the fifteenth day of Chinese new year also falls on February 14, 2014. Beautiful lanterns and flowers are on every corner of Penang, especially Kek Lok Si temple. Maybe I can say that I celebrate Chap Go Meh instead of Valentine's day :) Happy Valentine's slash Chap Go Meh day everyone,

We chant, we dance, we eat, we pray, we live, and we fall in love again. Some people travel to places to seek balance, some to fall in love, the other to practice what they preach. In the end of the journey, we all will find a concept of home that we had not known that we were looking for from the beginning of the journey. Batu CavesNothing much to say about visiting Batu Caves, just that a little philosophy of mine. To believe that to be close to God requires eagerness, not to say climbing the highest mountain or stepping the stiffest valley or stairs. God needs not to be found. I was surrounded by peace when I visited Batu Caves, it just feels like the world stopped revolving and gave you time to sit back, relax and meditate. Travel, eat, dance more, pour yourself in a rain, laugh often, pray, sit back, relax, and leave those DVDs you bought for weekend nights :) Have a good weekend,
Liv My destinations have never been the places but the history behind it. This town has gotten me under its spell, one, two, or three visit has never been enough. Despite of the humid weather and crowded street, I felt silenced by the building that posses history. Every wreckage whisper names from the past, every corners gave you vision about what happened back then. Good day everyone! What do you feel like doing after waking up from a tiring day and bar hoping night? Well, you deserve a good breakfast, but, I am not talking about turning on the TV and lay down on a sofa till the sun is down. Maybe I gotta try my luck again, if my coin shows number side, I will bring Lucky and Claudia to get out from this city for a day trip. Annnnd yes it shows number side! Melaka you were our choice! 'Here we are again." I smiled as I stepped down at the petrol station at the outskirt of Melaka for a toilet, had been driving for 2.5 hours. I never know why, there has been a saying, "this is gonna be the last time I visit Melaka." That funny feeling that I will be coming back someday. A strange connection I feel when I visit Melaka. Especially when we got into St. Paul's Church which is located on a hill. We could just stay there and sit among the crowds like nobody's business. It feels like we were at somewhere safe and we know before. We had a long walk and forgot about the time and lunch, we sat at St. Paul's church and circled around this place. Spent most of the day here for the sunset. There's a trending stuff from Indonesia called 'Tongsis' or 'Tongkat Narsis' which means a stick that is used to take our own selfies, but it is only able to support a phone. We don't have that fancy stuff so we invented another thing, and brought it to the next level. We call it 'Barsis' or 'Barbel Narsis' which means a dumbbell to take our selfies and it is able to support SLR. It is actually tripod being attached to the SLR, plus, we have the remote control for the camera, but it is so heavy that we need 2 people to support it, and I as a remote control person. Here are they, what do you think about our invention from these selfies? That just amazes me, how we travel and we get to invent new things. In other words, we find difficulties and we have no one to solve it for us, by anyhow, we will think beyond to solve it for ourselves. and there comes invention and new thoughts. In the end of the day, traveling far or near, it's always about those people beside you, whom do you meet, and how you see certain things. We once were colonised by the same nation, and we have fought the same war, that makes us brothers. Let's get out from the city,
Liv Feet are made of steel, eyes are made of diamonds, and our wills are driven by something greater than the power to light up the entire nation. No, we are not young, wild and free. I would like to say we are young, curious and ever learning. Hey it's me again! I'm back! So "Catch Me If You Can" kind of game in Indonesia is officially over, And an agenda of going here and there will fill this 1 month spare holiday before college life starts. Shall we continue to walk and discover places we've never heard? I would choose to cross over districts by walking at The Great Wall of China rather than packing and unpacking clothes for 2 moths stay in Indonesia. I was going to do it right after I reached home, but I was distracted by something sweet. So I flipped the coin, and the luck is on my side, number side to getaway! What if I said you can easily make friends with every Indonesians you meet around the world? Maybe it would be bias. However, honestly speaking, I can't never get enough of Indonesian strangers being travel friends and best friends during my vacation everywhere, neither do my other than Indonesian friends, they can't stop being friends with my Indonesian friends. I met these two from one of my friend from Bandung, Theodore. Claudia and Lucky are two people I need no bonding time to get to know each other. We share the same passion, same level of craziness and so many ideas are blended well together. One day of 'Ngafe Cantik', getting around KL and late night session with them. Man! I've gotta say that these people have the same level of energy like me, I've never met anyone like that before! KLCC - Masjid Jamek - Petaling Street - Bukit Bintang - KLCC Our first destination was LOKL which is a cafe that has been posted on Instagram by my friends recently. It is located at Jalan Tun H S Lee, and yes, it is recommended if you are looking for a place to sit back and relax from the city buzz, and friendly staffs to answer my question about a grilled pumpkin that looks like sweet potatoes and zucchini. Even though the menus are limited, they always offer their specialities daily. Petaling Street a.k.a China Town is the best place to try roasted water chestnut! for souvenir, maybe. For photos, definitely! After all, it is all about people who brighten up your day. One journey can never be finished if 2 pairs of feet walk in to different direction. Find your travel buddies right and just forget about the time :) Go beyond,
